Text Organisers

Here are some links to some text organisers to help you to learn to write in different styles.

Using each text organiser saves and prints out your writing with a title and in paragraphs.  It will include an introduction and a conclusion.  They will also encourage you to write in more detail.

Recount:  Use this text organiser to write about something that has happened - real or imaginary.

Persuasive:  Use this text organiser when you want to write about your opinion.

Explanation:  Use this text organiser when you want to write to explain how or why something happens. (Not ready yet)

Procedure:  Use this text organiser when you want to write instructions for something. (Not ready yet)

Exposition:  Use this text organiser when you want to write about opposing opinions or pros and cons of a subject. (Not ready yet)
